As Branch Manager at Sunstate Equipment, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service and maintenance, transportation and logistics, P&L, and employee development. Your leadership will drive sales growth by building a diverse customer base, expanding revenues, and strengthening loyalty through exceptional service.

  • Lead all areas of branch operations: sales, service & maintenance, transportation, logistics, and financial performance.
  • Drive sales performance and implement strategies that capture local market opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships and foster a culture of exceptional service.
  • Hire, develop, and empower employees to deliver results and make strong business decisions.
  • Prioritize workloads and manage shop personnel to ensure efficient, timely service repairs.
  • Prepare and manage yearly business plans in collaboration with District and Regional teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI/utilization, and overall branch growth.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in branch management, operations, or sales (equipment rental or related industries preferred).
  • Proven success in managing P&L, executing growth strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in dynamic environments and adapt strategies as needed.
