About The Position
The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective management of branch staff, lending, operations, and deposit functions for a small to moderate size full branch. This role involves expanding the current customer base, developing new customer relationships, and overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including performance appraisals and staff management. The Branch Manager also provides direct sales and service to banking customers and ensures compliance with banking regulations.
