Hire, train, lead and motivate branch employees to perform at their highest potential and develop them for advancement to greater responsibility.
Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators.
Deliver on our sales objectives of double-digit growth.
Maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies and other company assets.
Administrative and fiscal responsibilities related to employee timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals and objectives of the branch to be approved by the Regional Manager.
Set by example high standards of honesty, integrity and moral judgment in dealing with customers, employees, vendors and the public.

Have a valid driver's license.
Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service.
2 years of prior sales and management experience.
Ability to work on call as needed.
