About The Position

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Branch Manager in Norco, LA to join their safety conscious team! This team member will be responsible for managing all aspects of a branch typically for a single business unit (but could include multiple smaller locations). Fosters and develops a branch culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives by proactively managing and implementing policies, programs, initiatives and safe work practices. Increases revenue and profitability by leveraging business opportunities to grow sales; responsible for customer service and customer relationships to promote growth; foster and create optimal conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance. Leads, manages and develops a high performing team. Fosters a winning culture; translates strategies into actionable plans; ensures team is engaged, resilient, embraces change, and is committed to achieving results. Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.
