About The Position

The Branch Manager at Regions Bank is responsible for leading a high-performing team to enhance the financial wellness of customers. This role involves overseeing branch operations, managing associate performance, and driving sales results while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The Branch Manager acts as both a leader and a coach, fostering a collaborative environment to meet customer needs and achieve branch goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience
  • Expected to obtain an active Life Insurance License within the first twelve months
  • Ability to work on Saturday as needed

  • Five years of banking and/or lending experience
  • Five years of relationship-based client consultation experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads a small team of branch associates to generate new revenue by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance.
  • Conducts outside sales efforts to generate new business clients while maintaining existing banking relationships.
  • Educates associates and customers about financial wellness and emerging banking technologies.
  • Coaches and develops branch associates through the execution of the iConnect Sales, Service, and Coaching process.
  • Provides timely coaching to strengthen associates' product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Educates customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
  • Ensures an optimal customer experience by handling transactional needs and greeting customers.
  • Resolves escalated customer and associate issues in partnership with senior leadership and HR.
  • Manages the recruiting and selection process for the branch.
  • Maintains relationships with Line of Business partners and refers customers to internal experts for complex financial needs.
  • Follows all bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
