Responsibilities
- Supervising all personnel within the Branch
- Implementing, and maintaining company policies
- Training, and scheduling of employees
- Maintaining proper appearance of the Branch and employees
- Participating in hiring and evaluations
- Overseeing inventory control
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area
- Working in a team environment
