Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Building strong customer relationships to drive sales and service
• Overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels
• Learning accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations
• Ensuring safety and compliance across all branch activities
• Supporting warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping
• Handling counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism and product knowledge
