About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This interim non-exempt position is designed for individuals who will complete the Branch Manager Readiness program, leading to potential roles as Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager. The role focuses on leading and developing a diverse team, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

• Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
• Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
• Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business.
• Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs to provide relevant options to customers.
• Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention.
