The Branch Manager at P1FCU Rathdrum is responsible for providing exceptional service to the assigned market area and leading the team to deliver consistent high-quality service to P1FCU members. This role involves coaching, mentoring, training, and leading branch/department staff in skills that reflect a service methodology and philosophy to create and foster a sales-oriented culture. The Branch Manager will lead the team to exceed sales goals through attracting new membership and deepening relationships by cross-selling to members. Additionally, the manager will participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of the P1FCU strategic plan while ensuring branch controls risk by adhering to required operational processes and standards. The role also includes supporting and leading the team through organizational change.
