About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for the National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This role is an interim non-exempt position that prepares candidates for future roles as Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager. The position involves leading and developing a diverse team, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

• Experience in coaching across customer segments, including affluent and small business.
