About The Position

The Branch Manager at Arrow Exterminators is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Service Center operations, including revenue management, sales, profit, human resources, training, and compliance. This role involves leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional service, managing budgets, and ensuring the overall success of the branch. The position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Requirements

• Industry experience (preferred)
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, other web-based portals)
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Accessible after hours, including weekends and holidays
• Possess a current Driver's License and meet company driving standards
• High school degree or equivalency; college preferred
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including revenue, sales, and profit management.
• Manage human resource activities, training, and compliance within the branch.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed their goals and grow the business.
• Ensure technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monitor the health of the branch using profit and loss statements.
• Demonstrate and uphold the company's mission and values with accountability.
• Provide an awesome experience for both team members and customers through effective communication.
