  • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to assigned Care Center(s) and satellites (1-3 total sites) generating annual revenue.
  • Manage business development initiatives and all functions necessary to ensure operational, service, and sales methods, strategies, and goals are aligned with company and division business objectives.
  • Manage the overall operations of the Care Center(s) and any Satellites.
  • Full P&L responsibilities of the Care Center(s) and any Satellites: revenue generation and recognition, gross margin management, expense management impacting bottom line contribution.
  • Track and follow-up of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to meet budget expectations.
  • Achieve and maintain exemplary standards in the care of clients and referral sources.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years in Process, Team Management, and Client Facing experience.
  • One or more years of Business Development and Reporting experience preferred.
  • Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
