The Branch Manager at Regions is responsible for leading a high-performing team to enhance the financial wellness of customers. This role involves overseeing branch operations, managing associate performance, and driving sales results while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The Branch Manager acts as both a leader and a coach, focusing on customer service and team development to meet financial goals.

  • Lead a team of branch associates to drive revenue generation by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct outside sales efforts to generate new business clients while maintaining existing banking relationships.
  • Educate associates and customers about financial wellness and emerging banking technologies.
  • Coach and develop branch associates through the execution of the Sales, Service, and Coaching process.
  • Provide timely coaching to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs identification among associates.
  • Educate customers on Regions' products and services, including loans and deposits.
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience by handling transactional needs and greeting customers.
  • Resolve escalated customer and associate issues with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Manage the recruiting and selection process for the branch.
  • Maintain relationships with Line of Business partners and refer customers to internal experts for complex financial needs.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience
  • Expected to obtain an active Life Insurance License within the first twelve (12) months
  • Ability to work on Saturdays as needed
  • College degree
  • Life Insurance License
  • Supervisory experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Six (6) years of banking and/or lending experience
  • Six (6) years of relationship-based client consultation experience
