As a Branch Manager in Branch Banking at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for ensuring that the branch meets and exceeds customer expectations while creating a welcoming and engaging environment. You will lead branch operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach your team to provide exceptional service. This role emphasizes building lasting relationships with customers and the community, leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences, and maintaining a strong control environment.

  • Educates clients on how to use our digital platforms to bank and invest when, where, and how they want

  • Leverages and understands the generated Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits & investments for the branch

  • Outstanding leadership experience with a proven, successful record of coaching and empowering employees to improved results
  • Ability to organize and manage competing priorities effectively across branch locations while developing plans for growth
  • Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with demonstrated commitment to operational integrity and policies
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • College degree or military equivalent
  • 2+ years of management, Retail Banking experience or equivalent
  • Chase leadership experience
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners and customers to technology
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and be a strong decision maker
