Bohler’s Atlanta, GA office is seeking a Branch Manager (Land Development) to lead operations, elevate client partnerships, and drive continued growth across the Greater Atlanta region. Our team delivers impactful land development, civil engineering, and mission-critical projects, supporting the expansion of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Through strategic leadership, client engagement, and team development, you’ll position your branch for continued success and expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of land development and permitting experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving key performance metrics.
  • Proven client development expertise and local industry connections.
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional licensure (PE, LSA, or PLS) preferred.

  • Manage branch financial performance, operations, and resource planning.
