About The Position

HPM Building Supply is hiring a Branch Manager in Lawai for our Kauai team. The Branch Manager leads the day-to-day operations of an entire branch, ensuring a top-of-class customer experience. This individual recruits, coaches, trains, onboards, and motivates a team of direct reports. The Branch Manager ensures customer, owner, and financial targets are met while continuously evaluating and improving operations. Whether it be making sure a delivery gets to a jobsite on time or coordinating the repairs of an air conditioning unit in the facility, the Branch Manager ensures the job at hand is completed.

Requirements

• Five years of previous supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, encourage teamwork, and coach optimum performance.
• Intermediate computer skills, including effective use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and various enterprise applications.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the building materials industry.
• College degree in a related field.
