Managers will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of relocating and overseeing your own retail location. Manager Benefits: Great starting salary $65k, additional earning potential with quarterly performance-based bonuses once you get your own store! Great work/life balance - 2 days off per week- Branches are open less than 50 hours per week nationwide. The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. The Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees. Must have 3 years minimum in Management roles and a proven history of increasing sales and the methods used. Must be open to any new or existing locations with the Mpls/St. Paul area.
