As a Branch Manager In Training, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales, support operational excellence, and develop your teammates — positioning yourself for future advancement into branch leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales performance through superior service, product knowledge, and proactive customer engagement
- Support the development, training, and motivation of associates to help them succeed
- Build lasting customer relationships and expand the branch’s network
- Ensure operational standards are met to safeguard company assets and inventory
- Maintain an organized and customer-ready showroom and warehouse environment
- Assist in monitoring expenses, managing stock levels, and supporting efficient logistics
- Partner in all aspects of operations — counter sales, order processing, merchandising, and warehouse activities
- Learn and apply best practices for safety, compliance, and operational procedures
- Serve as a go-to support for both customers and team members
