About The Position

Branch Manager in Training (BMIT Program) Empyreal Logistics - the largest independent armored courier in the United States - is redefining cash-in-transit with secure transportation, vault services, ATM/smart safe solutions, and unmatched customer service. We are launching a Branch Manager in Training (BMIT) program to build a pipeline of fully prepared Branch Managers. This isn't entry-level - it's a fast-track, hands-on leadership development opportunity for high-potential talent ready to lead branches, drive P&L results, and deliver exceptional service. What You'll Do in the 90-Day Program: Master front-line operations through New Teller Training and New Driver Training Earn Certified Trainer status and shadow/act in Transport Lead, Lead Teller, Vault Supervisor, and Operations Manager roles. Rotate through HQ departments (Vault, Logistics/Fleet, ATM, Client Services, People/HR, Recruiting, Security, IT, Regulatory) and multiple branches. Learn systems, safety protocols, routing, staffing, client relations, and regulatory compliance. Receive mentorship from Senior Branch Managers and senior department leaders with 30/60/90-day performance reviews. Who We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (armored/CIT, logistics, banking, or military background a plus). Strong leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and a passion for safety, service, and team development. Willingness to work 50–55 hours/week during training and commit to the full program. Requirements
