About The Position
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all activities of a branch, ensuring the overall success of the branch operating model, which includes customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions/operations, servicing, and sales. The role includes personal production responsibility and requires a strong focus on profitability, sales, and business development. The Branch Manager leads the team through coaching and performance management, builds and develops branch staff, and identifies customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. The position also involves compliance with operational guidelines and maintaining a strong community presence.
