About The Position

The Branch Manager III at PlainsCapital Bank is responsible for the overall administration and efficient daily operation of the branch, ensuring operational integrity, relationship sales management, and customer service excellence. This role requires active community involvement and a focus on expanding customer relationships while managing branch staff and adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Business or a related field.
• 7 or more years of related experience in banking, with at least 3 years of direct branch supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal Reserve and regulatory guidelines related to banking operations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other banking applications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community engagement and business development.
• Familiarity with CRA requirements and documentation.
