As the Branch Manager III, you will play a pivotal role in executing sales plans to achieve strategic goals while fostering a culture of excellence within the branch. Your strong leadership will guide and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and product support, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. You will implement aggressive sales and marketing strategies to build new customer relationships and enhance existing ones, while actively engaging in outreach for deposits and treasury services. Utilizing your experience, you will confidently tackle challenges, resolve customer inquiries, and oversee branch audits and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include selecting, developing, and motivating staff to meet production and efficiency goals while maintaining high employee morale. Requirements

  • Previous banking experience in a branch environment required with an emphasis on sales
  • Minimum of two years prior management experience
  • Proficient in using technology and possesses the ability to multi-task using a variety of computer programs
  • Proven successful business development
  • Effective and efficient communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Diplomacy with the ability to respectfully resolve conflict
  • Interpersonal & customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and organization

  • A two-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred, supplemented by specialized training or certifications that align with the job's requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively implement sales plans for assigned branch to achieve the strategic and tactical goals of the company
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, management and direction to the branch staff to ensure delivery of superior quality service and product support for bank customers
  • Utilize knowledge and experience in exercising discretion and independent judgment in resolving problems, handling difficult customers and answering questions
  • Lend support to other branch offices
