As the Branch Manager III, you’ll oversee all sales and operations functions for a high-performing branch office with annual revenue exceeding $10M. You’ll lead a team of operations and sales professionals delivering a full range of make-ready, repair and maintenance, renovation, and capital expenditure services to our multi-family clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing productivity, quality, and safety, while developing branch staff, engaging qualified independent contractors, and improving operational procedures. You’ll also play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing financial performance, and fostering a high-performance culture across the branch—and any satellite locations within your assigned geography. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded, hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing large, multi-department operations with full profit and loss (P&L) accountability.
