About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 6 or more years of bank branch leadership and operations experience required.
• 2 or more years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policies, and procedures.
• Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette required.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze client credit data and financial information.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to banking.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the branch office, including sales and service levels.
• Develop new deposit and loan business to achieve branch goals.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch personnel.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and observations with the sales team.
• Perform outbound business calls to understand client financial needs.
• Oversee the sales of consumer and business credit cards and treasury management services.
• Drive branch performance during sales campaigns and conduct promotions for account growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations.
