About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6 or more years of bank branch leadership and operations experience.
  • 2 or more years of supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team.
  • Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, and procedures.
  • Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette required.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ellucian software.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to banking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the branch office, including sales and lending activities.
  • Develop new deposit and loan business while providing superior client service.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales and account retention.
  • Provide leadership, training, and supervision to branch personnel.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with the sales team to develop new business.
  • Perform outbound business calls to understand client financial needs.
  • Oversee the sales of consumer and business credit cards and treasury management services.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and government regulations.
