Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager II who is an experienced leader with a track record of building engaged, focused teams and developing high performers. Requirements

  • Judgement: You make exact decisions about business policies, managing risks and ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Five years of progressive experience in a branch with a proven leadership record of accomplishment
  • Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements
  • Proven leadership, management, and motivational skills; ability to inspire others to achieve excellence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ease in presenting information to a group
  • PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred

Responsibilities

  • The core responsibility is the effective and efficient management of our North Oxnard branch.
  • Must develop, coach, and lead the branch team to meet key performance indicators including member satisfaction, efficiency and staffing retention and utilization.
  • Expected to continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, and close performance gaps while meeting established goals.
  • Acts as a champion for change within the branch, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the member experience and team member engagement.
  • Will establish and maintain effective and professional business relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for analyzing and preparing data to measure and report performance.
