Oversees a Tier II or Tier III branch. As a leader of the branch team, is a role model in providing exceptional customer service while promoting and offering bank products and services, as they coincide with customer need. Leads, manages and coaches their branch team to achieve sales objectives. Is responsible for the profitability, growth and successful operation of their branch. Makes outside business calls to cultivate and develop new business. Supports initiatives of other bank business partners. Provides and leads a team to deliver superior quality customer service and a positive banking experience for customers. Education and Experience: 4 year college degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience Prior sales management experience required Business development & outside business sales experience required Skills and Abilities: Excellent listening & communication skills are necessary. Organizational, interpersonal and customer relation skills. Ability to function in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Leadership management. Problem solving/decision making skills. Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.
