What you will do: Drive branch performance with emphasis on sales, customer service, and inventory management. Direct the activities of counter, inside sales, and warehouse associates. Analyze customer needs to ensure that branch products and services meet those needs. Develop and maintain account base by driving optimal customer service. Provide overall leadership to drive Company values and culture. Operate the branch within forecast to meet and exceed profitability goals. Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base. Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day. Implement succession planning for self and other critical roles on the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years industry experience with product knowledge.
  • Minimum of two years management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
  • Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
  • The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
  • Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
