This role develops new business, provides a superior level of customer relations, and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. In addition, the Branch Manager achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. The position provides leadership, training, and supervision, and delegates day to day operations to the Assistant Branch Manager or other branch personnel. Since 1996, with over 25 years of personalized lending, Lendmark Financial Services has been serving the personal lending needs of customers underserved by traditional banks.
