About The Position

The Branch Manager II for New Markets at Bethpage Federal Credit Union is responsible for leading a dynamic team to enhance member service and drive branch performance. Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• NMLS Medallion Notary certification required
• Proficient in PC, Windows, and Internet usage

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team that embraces a culture of change, agility, inclusiveness, and innovation.

• Identify trends through observations and member surveys to implement action plans for exceptional member experiences.
• Manage branch traffic flow, including scheduling and lobby tracking.
• Collaborate with AVP of Retail and other leaders to develop a consultative sales approach.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage emerging risks.
• Manage the overall success of the branch by meeting assigned performance goals.
