Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. Some Saturdays 9 am- 12 pm may be required. Requirements

Two to four years of similar or related retail branch experience
High school graduate or equivalent. Four-year college degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Oversees the operations of the branch, and manages resources and staff.
Effectively coaches staff and assists in building employees’ futures through career pathing and counseling. Ensures that all required training is completed.
Maintains and develops positive relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for the rest of the staff.
Tracks individual progress and conducts performance appraisals on each employee. Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed.
Develops, maintains, and actively contributes to a branch environment that is inclusive, empowering, professional, compassionate, engaging, and fun!
Monitoring operational and sales activities in the branch to ensure all employees are complying with established policies and procedures. Strives to achieve specific annual sales goals.
Ensures branch security. Ensures the opening and closing of the building in accordance with set hours and tests security equipment quarterly.
Specific responsibility for branch reporting and operational audit schedules.
Positively motivated and takes initiative to improve branch performance and exceed the member’s highest expectations.
Maintain a strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Reasonable flexibility around scheduled work hours.
