Requirements
- Proven Leadership: Experience in managing teams and driving performance in a retail or banking environment.
- Transaction Proficiency: A track record of achieving cross-sales of banking products.
- Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions to enhance branch operations.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer a technical level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of an associate or bachelor’s degree level program.
