The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their floorcovering branch, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. This includes managing all aspects of branch operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. You will also manage, develop, and motivate branch employees as well as develop business strategies to meet goals and increase sales in a competitive marketplace. In this position, you will grow the company's market share by selling to wholesale customers. This position's typical schedule is 48 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
