Our ideal Branch Manager Floater candidate is comfortable being at a new location daily! The Floating Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations and goals of our floating employees. They directly provide support and training to all branch staff as needed and strategically create and manage the floater schedule to optimize cost and efficiency for the credit union. They travel to and understand the lending and deposit product goals, service needs, training support, and operational procedures of each branch in their territory. This Floating Branch Manager will primarily cover the Monroe, Jackson, Lake Charles, Sulphur, St. Landry, St. Jules, Alexandria, Pineville, and Prairieville branches.
