About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial, or mechanically related field
• Working knowledge of Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience and proven leadership ability
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to motivate and be a part of a team
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate to customers and their needs
• Excellent computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications and other database systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems
• Manage facility budgets including GP, PAD, expenses, and WIP
• Perform employee performance reviews and merit increases
• Handle branch staffing and employee relations
• Maintain employee engagement and a productive work environment
• Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support are provided by all branch employees
