About The Position

This role is pivotal in helping individual and business customers achieve their financial goals through collaboration with various partners, including wealth management, business banking, mortgage, and payment services. As a leader in customer experience, this position will motivate and guide the team, expand the customer base, and actively participate in local market and community initiatives to identify needs and promote U.S. Bank products and services. Essential functions include empowering and inspiring team members by effectively communicating business goals and performance results, leading through change, and adapting leadership styles to fit the needs of the team. The role also involves day-to-day management of team members, making decisions regarding candidate selection, employee compensation, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Additionally, the position requires adapting to new digital programs and technology platforms, teaching digital fluency and financial literacy to both team members and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing customer market share growth at the branch level, demonstrating mastery in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and proactively identifying ways to add value for customers. This role also includes ensuring compliance with all banking laws and regulations, maintaining documentation and reporting standards, and participating in required corporate training. Overall, this position is integral to fostering a culture of customer obsession and driving the success of U.S. Bank in the community.
