About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

  • Promote U.S. Bank products and services within the local community and expand the customer base.

  • Adapt to new digital programs and teach digital fluency to team members and customers.
  • Plan and execute strategies for customer market share growth at the branch level.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and proactively identify ways to add value for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations and provide continuous training to staff.
