About The Position

As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for organizing and leading the branch operations team. You will be accountable for key performance metrics by managing a team of installers and other field personnel who are responsible for site auditing, permitting, installing, inspecting, and servicing solar projects. You are responsible for scheduling and overseeing the installation of solar projects as well as a smooth handoff between the inspection department. You ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures. You are familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Works closely with Branch Coordinator, Project Manager, and Field Manager.
