Branch Finance Manager Responsibilities:

Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
Help ensure branch compliance
Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements

• First-party consumer collections management
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability
