About The Position

As a Branch Director, you will oversee multiple practice directors and/or double down as a Practice Director for one practice group. This role involves motivating and providing direction to all branch employees, with a primary responsibility for incremental branch revenue growth consistent with Robert Half targets. The Branch Director actively leads marketing activities, fosters a productive business generation culture, and facilitates cross-market activities for all practice groups. Additionally, the position includes overseeing and supervising the administrative functions of the branch office, ensuring operational excellence, and managing staff development and retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ Talent Manager experience
  • Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles
  • Experience developing and managing budgets
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
