About The Position
We are seeking a clinically licensed hospice leader to oversee and grow our clients' Conroe branch. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable census growth.
Requirements
- Hospice leadership experience required
- Clinical background required, RN preferred
- Proven success in managing hospice census growth
- Strong people leadership and operational management skills
- Experience collaborating with sales teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospice operations
- Lead, coach, and retain an interdisciplinary team
- Rebuild culture, improve morale, and strengthen accountability
- Partner with sales leadership to support responsible census growth
- Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards
- Scale staffing and workflows during growth
