The Branch & Digital Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting all aspects of level-1 digital banking transactions. This role will ensure a smooth, secure, and user-friendly experience for customers engaging in digital financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital banking platforms, transaction processing, and customer service support.

  • Provide level-1 support for online/mobile banking and debit card maintenance requests.
  • Monitor enrollments and investigate transaction issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Analyze transaction data and prepare performance reports.
  • Support digital banking enhancements through testing and documentation.
  • Focus on compliance, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital banking, online transaction support, debit card operations, or financial technology.
  • Knowledge of online banking platforms and transaction processing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in digital banking.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal and customer service abilities.
  • Experience working in a financial institution or fintech environment.
  • Understanding of digital fraud detection and prevention tools.
  • Project management or system implementation experience.
