The Branch Customer Representative (Member Advocate) is a full-time position that plays a key role in customer service across branch locations. This role positively impacts member experience and builds lasting relationships by conducting a wide range of teller financial transactions with professionalism, promptness, courtesy, and accuracy, while maintaining high respect for member confidentiality. The individual is also expected to proactively seek competency skill progression to foster growth within the position. Compensation is $20.00 Hourly with incentive raises for learning key skills. Shifts are based around the Service Center Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
