The Branch Coordinator at Axis Portable Air is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with the sales team, management of rental contracts, dispatching equipment, and maintaining inventory.   • Ensure all operational duties are performed efficiently at the branch location.
  • Exhibit teamwork skills alongside the sales team to meet customer expectations.
  • Assist with equipment delivery and installations in the field as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the local sales leader to enhance customer experience.
  • Produce rental and sales contracts and invoices accurately and timely using company software.
  • Manage all rental reservations and contracts execution.
  • Dispatch and coordinate delivery/pick up of equipment and maintain accurate logs.
  • Manage inventory and execute scheduled shop/yard walks.
  • Issue, receive, and manage purchase orders.
  • Manage the on-call schedule at the branch.
  • Maintain employee files and manage work hours.
  • Operate forklift and load/unload delivery trucks.
  • Deliver, pick up, and install company equipment as needed.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, not required.
  • Experience with typical software tools and IT tools (rental software, Excel, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
