The Branch Business Systems Development Manager at Crown Equipment Corporation is responsible for optimizing branch business processes and implementing enterprise software solutions.   • Review branch business processes to achieve optimum results.
  • Study branch software capabilities and recommend best practices for branch, region, and corporate personnel.
  • Implement, test, and optimize enterprise software in branches and update as priorities evolve.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain business software training programs.
  • Support the blueprinting and implementation of the IFS new business software project.
  • A two-year technical degree or four-year college degree is desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of all branch business processes.
  • Experience in both PC support and Network Administration.
  • 4-6 years of company Branch or IS experience is required.
