Requirements

Three to five years of experience in the Rochester, NH area market
Background in retail management and supervisory experience a must
Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service
Previous experience with business development and/or sales
Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the Branch
Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed

Responsibilities

Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support
