The incumbent has assistant managerial responsibility of the branch operations with direction and oversight from the Branch Manager, including sales, staff, security, and overall maintenance of the branch. Manages and directs the overall operation of the Teller Department in partnership with the Branch Manager. Ensure quality service to our members following credit union policies and procedures. Consistently communicates the credit union’s vision, strategy and changes to branch staff. Monitor and direct branch sales, staff, and operations with the input of the branch manager. Ensure branch staff have adequate cash for operations.
