Infosys is seeking Branch and field support Analyst. Candidate will be required to travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support the end users with IT-related issues. Should drive. Candidate should monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, and monitors.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of all hardware in stock room and update the status in ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Execute IMAC for all EUC hardware and software.
  • Install security patches and manage vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot end user and end device network issues.
  • Manage network asset inventory and update status in ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Candidate must be located within Marshall, MN or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Hands-on experience in EUC and Network support for bank branches.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor and update tickets.
  • Knowledge of IMACD processes for network devices.
  • Knowledge of patching and cabling network devices.
  • Experience working with a remote team.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
