The Branch Administrator will provide excellent customer service and perform various administrative functions within a function area or location. This individual must be someone that will jump in and help with all departments and wear many hats to help the branch achieve its goals and service our customers. The role involves preparing correspondence, reports, meeting agendas and minutes, and presentation materials. The Branch Administrator will also answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, provide information, or redirect calls as appropriate. They will receive and direct visitors, schedule and maintain calendars of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements. Other responsibilities include opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, reconciling petty cash, ordering office supplies, overseeing machine maintenance, assisting employees with internal HR questions, and maintaining appropriate records and documentation. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, performed under general supervision, and typically require originality and/or ingenuity. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities, but it is essential for the smooth operation of the branch and requires strong organizational skills, follow-through, decision-making ability, and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
