As a Brake Technician, you will be part of our team of Full-Time & 1099 Contractors who travel to customers' locations—be it their office, apartment, or home—to diagnose and repair their brakes. We are particularly focused on enhancing our weekend capacity, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days. We are looking for skilled technicians who can handle easy repairs such as brake pads and rotors, and who are eager to take on extra work that we cannot accommodate due to capacity constraints. This role offers a flexible schedule, primarily requiring availability on weekends, with the potential for additional work on Mondays. In this position, you will be compensated through a commission structure, earning $50 for pads and $25 for rotors per axle, which means you can earn up to $150 for completing both pads and rotors on two axles. Weekly pay is provided via direct deposit on Wednesdays, and your earnings will depend on the number of jobs you are available to take on during the weekends. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of brake systems and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
